It just Opens the Command-Terminal, which seems to 'Launch' the server, and then I go into the Game to see if I can join the Server in the Server-List, since it's set to "Public: True" in the, "serversettings.xml" and then also Nothing. No Server to be found, all Port-Settings seems to be working, etc. I'm literally just unable to play the Game by Hosting my own Server. I can join others' Servers just fine though. They usually can give you guidance on this type of thing, even remotely set things up for you if it's modem-related.
